There were four comparable houses for sale on our street. We had our first quality offer a few weeks after we listed. After just 24 days we were under contract. The difference was Dave Jones Realty. The marketing campaign was impressive right down to every detail and our listing online really helped make the sale. Selling your house in December in New England in a down market is quite an accomplishment. We could not be more pleased with the outcome.

Buying a house is a stressful process. I've worked with many realtors over my 52 years, and most unfortunately fit the stereotype. They loose patience if you can't find the right house after the first few, they tell you everything is great, and often know less about the house than you do from your own online research. I found Dave Jones as he was associated with a property I had inquired about. He interested me as a longtime resident of the area and his initial contact was immediately responsive and individualized. We spend a few days with him looking at properties. He was punctual, warm, reassuring, and very comfortable in his own shoes. I would almost say he was low key. When we settled on the house he knew immediately what the house was truly worth and what we could get it for. Ladies- you will love this guy because he is not some slick, super good looking, full of himself realtor but he has a warm charming smile (I'm an orthodontist so I know a good smile) and he really really seemed like a good person. And he has proved to be as we have kept in touch in the post closing period. He left an unbelievably generous closing gift for us. Of note, he never even asked for a review- I was so impressed I asked where I could write him one. So here it is. And by the way, trust me, if you are looking in Litchfield (we bought in Washington) I came across several realtors during the process and my guy was the best!

Dave was awesome! He was very knowledgeable of the market and very patient with us. We probably saw close to 40 properties before we finally found our home. He was always quick to get back to us with any questions we had and he touched base with us on a daily basis. He also made it very easy to contact him with multiple ways of communication. He was available through phone calls, text messages, emails, and even social media. I felt that Dave was truly looking out for our best interest. Dave Jones has been in realty in Prospect for a very long time. In fact, as I drive through the town I would say that most of the "for-sale" signs belong to him. I had my home previously listed with and agent and had a contract on home, but she was not an agent of integrity. (Misrepresented me and my buyers.) Wouldn't sell my Dog House with that agent. I re-listed with Dave Jones and never looked back. My home was wonderfully profiled for listing, communication of what I needed to do to sell home was upfront, all showings were professionally done. I had issues on my end of property transfer and Dave was extremely helpful and patience. Offering to personally help me in any manner.
