 I would strongly recommend Dave Jones as your realtor, he was energetic, professional and most important the services he offered were superior to the other realtors we interviewed. We interviewed three local in town prior to choosing Dave and the results he delivered proved to be correct. We had multiple offers on our house within the first week prior to the official open house. Dave fully explained each offer in detail. We made a decision within three weeks after listing with Dave. Sold a Single Family home for approximately $325K in Wolcott, CT.

         I had my home previously listed with and agent and had a contract on home, but she was not an agent of integrity. (Misrepresented me and my buyers.) Wouldn't sell my Dog House with that agent.

I re-listed with Dave Jones and never looked back. My home was wonderfully profiled for listing, communication of what I needed to do to sell home was upfront, all showings were professionally done.

I had issues on my end of property transfer and Dave was extremely helpful and patience. Offering to personally help me in any manner.

Not only did he list and sell my home, but kept in communication verbally and  with his inspiring mailings.

My only regret was not originally listing with Dave!
