My introduction to real estate was, like many, when I signed my first lease to rent. After that I knew that I did not want to be a renter anymore but instead a homeowner.

So the first thing I did after I paid off my college loans was buy my own property. It was a modest little 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. After a couple years I had to move for work and I ended up renting out my first place and buying my second.

After repeating that process a few times I had a decent property investment portfolio and was making some considerable side income. To me it seemed the next logical step was to get my real estate license and help others achieve what I was able to do. Help people get one step closer to financial freedom and finally start doing what they WANT in life instead of what they HAVE to.
