As first-time home buyers, we were a bit at sea and Devon was incredibly helpful in the way she explained all sorts of issues we never would have thought of (don't make big purchases before the mortgage co runs your credit!). Devon worked with me for about 3-4 months as I viewed many houses and eventually closed on one. She was extremely flexible and patient with me as we would sometimes see 4-5 houses after work at night.. and some I would walk in and say no right away. Even though I felt like a pain sometimes, she always made sure to assure me this was part of the process and not to worry. As a first time home buyer, her knowledge with remodeling and seeing value in houses that needed some work was extremely helpful for me and allowed me to learn while I was also looking for my dream home!
