I worked as a master general agent with American Income Life since 2003 and in 2005 I became

a sales executive at Mutual of Omaha. I am also a licensed insurance professional with over 18

years’ experience serving thousands of clients. I am married to my wife Sarah Noujaim. I am the

active and proud father of 4 children (Alexis, Jacob, Chloe & Isabella) with one son on the way. 

Elected Minority Leader in December 2020, I have served as Alderman representing the

4 th  District since 2017 in Waterbury, CT. I am the current Aldermanic Liaison to the Board of

Education. I also previously served on the Waterbury Board of Alderman from November 2011

to May 2013.
