Judy was incredibly helpful in the process of buying our first home. We knew very little about the process, and she guided us through every step of the way. She is warm, kind, and dependable; very easy to work with, and offered great advice. She made herself available anytime we needed her help, and we appreciate her patience with the million questions that we had as first-time home owners. Our experience with Judy was fantastic! As first time home buyers naturally my wife and I had a ton of questions which Judy was able to answer. She made sure we knew what to expect every step of the way and always made sure we where hitting our timelines. She was insightful during the browsing phase and helped guide us in the right direction for what types of homes we should be looking at and what to expect. Once our bid got accepted she detailed out the process for us for what lay ahead. She kept it simple and didn't let us get too ahead of ourselves. We really appreciated that she was always quick to reply when we where trying to get in contact with her. During the final weeks as our closing date kept getting pushed Judy helped keep us level headed by putting things into perspective and keeping us at ease. We would not hesitate to recommend Judy to anyone out there looking to purchase a home; whether it be a first time buyer or your fourth home!!
