When you buy or sell a home with Dave Jones Realty, you'll gain access to our free 14-foot long box moving truck, which comes fully equipped with a pull-out ramp and dolly. All you have to do is let us know when you'll need the truck, and we'll have it ready for you. It really is that easy—and it's just one of the many benefits we're proud to offer our clients! It is equivalent to a medium U haul truck.

Easy Loading for an Easier Move

Our 14-foot moving truck has a pull-out ramp for easy loading, as well as a hand truck for heavier objects. We offer the use of this truck to all our clients and charities. To sweeten the deal, we even allow free use of our moving truck before, during, and after the sale. Next time you make a large purchase (such as a big screen TV or a piano), contact us if you want to save on delivery charges!

Charities Use Our Truck for Free!

Here at Dave Jones Realty, we're passionate about giving back to our community. So when our moving trucks aren't helping our clients transition to their new homes, we let local charities use them, too! Any charitable organization in the area can borrow our trucks from Monday through Thursday—just contact us to schedule your reservation.

Information About Using the Moving Truck

In order for you to complete the check-out process, you will need to send us the following items at least 3 days prior to picking up the truck:

Valid driver's license

Valid proof of insurance

Fill it when you return it (the gas will be full when you pick it up)

The trucks are available for 24-hour check-out periods only. They cannot be scheduled for two consecutive days. The check-out periods run from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. the next morning. Your Dave Jones Realty REALTOR will be the one checking in and out the truck with you.
